A bit more than just views
Waking up to stunning ocean views was a dream! The friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere made our stay really enjoyable. The private beach was a gem.
The bathroom left much to be desired—moldy shower windows and no toilet paper holder were frustrating. Also, service for extra requests was quite slow at times.

We enjoyed our time at the resort, especially diving around the sunken freighter Blue Diamond. The staff, while dealing with some issues, did provide a nice shuttle service to the beach club, which made it easy for us to spend quality time on the sand with mum.
In my kids' opinion, the lack of locks on room doors made them uneasy.

I stayed for a short getaway and had a wonderful time soaking in the beautiful ocean views and vibrant atmosphere. The friendly staff really enhanced my experience, especially at the dining area where they ensured my dining preferences were met. The colorful decor added to the pleasant environment, making everything feel inviting. However, there could be improvements in accessibility with more ramps available for ease of movement.

The room was decent and had great ocean views. Comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. However, the bathroom could seriously use some improvements—mold around the shower window and no toilet paper holder were annoying. I did like the colorful decor though, really brightened up the space!

The location of Sol Caribe Campo offers stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is decorated in bright colors, creating a welcoming vibe. The staff at the dining area were friendly, which made meal times enjoyable. I liked the larger pool, especially the water slide, which added some fun to our stay. However, navigating the numerous stairs was challenging. There are over 100 stairs just to reach the lobby from the pool, making it hard for anyone with mobility issues. The food at the buffet was decent but repetitive, and dining options were limited with only one restaurant consistently open. I faced some issues with my room, such as the safe not working and lack of hot water at times. The shuttle service to the beach could be better. we waited quite a while at times. Despite these inconveniences, the friendly environment and beautiful views made it an enjoyable experience overall.

Stay Away from This Place!
We spent 3 nights here and it was really disappointing. Bugs everywhere! The staff barely helped and seemed annoyed when we asked for anything. The food was just okay, but the pool looked cheap. Also, the cab drivers ripped us off big time. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a better experience.
